What Impacts Speed When Running

Many runners try to get faster by adding mileage or harder workouts. This workshop explores how RunReady physiotherapists assess Bounce and what it reveals about speed and running performance.

In-Person Workshop

How to Assess and Improve Speed

You've seen runners train consistently and still not improve their pace. At that point, the question shifts. Are they on track to get faster, or are they missing a key piece?

This workshop gives you a clearer way to answer that. You'll be able to see whether a runner meets the demands for speed, how much Bounce they have, and what to change next to help them get faster.
