Virtual Race Prep is an 8-week guided training program with weekly movement sessions, run workouts, and footwear education designed to improve how your body handles impact (Absorb), produces energy to launch (Bounce), and maintain control (Stability) while running.
This is for runners training for a 5K, 10K, half marathon, or full marathon who want structure, improve performance, or reduce pain and injury risk.
Most run programs focus only on mileage and pace. Virtual Race Prep is led by a licensed physiotherapist, and each class improves the physical qualities that determine how you run: your ability to Absorb landing forces, create Bounce during push-off, and maintain Stability as fatigue builds.
While we don't claim or guarantee speed, our system is designed to improve running economy which will indirectly provide a better foundation to train for speed.

Yes. All movement sessions are designed and taught by RunReady physiotherapists who specialize in running mechanics and improving how runners Absorb impact, create Bounce, and maintain Stability.
No. Virtual Race Prep is a digital training program and is not eligible for physiotherapy insurance reimbursement.

Physiotherapy insurance typically applies to individual assessments or treatment sessions with a registered physiotherapist.
RunReady Assessments and physiotherapy sessions conducted in person at RunReady Studio may be eligible for reimbursement, depending on your insurance provider.

In-person Race Prep classes may be eligible for up to 50% reimbursement when billed under physiotherapy services, depending on your plan.
