Your Performance Score
Absorb, Bounce, and Stability. Scored from 0 to 100. So you know how ready you are to run.
Absorb is measured by how well your body handles downward force in every direction: forward, side to side, and through rotation. A low Absorb score often shows up as tightness, soreness, or stiffness after long distance runs, especially through your knees, hips, or back.
If your Absorb score is low, we match you with shoes that fill that performance gap. Each pair is graded for Absorb, and your Performance Score helps determine the best match for how you move and what you need. That might mean more cushioning, a softer landing zone, or support that helps you recover faster and go longer with less fatigue.
We build custom exercise sets to improve your flexibility, strength, mobility, and control. These movements help your body handle impact better, recover faster, and run longer without breaking down late in your run.
