General
Who is the program best suited for?
This weekly group training class is built for anyone training for a race, but it’s also a great fit if you just want to move better and avoid injury this season, even if you’re not racing.
Do I need to be an experienced runner to join?
All experience levels are welcome. We’ll make sure every class includes options so everyone can train at their own pace.
Do I need to bring anything specific?
Just wear comfortable running clothes, bring some water, and anything else you need personally. We’ll take care of the rest.
What if I miss a class? Can I make it up or do I lose the money?
If you miss a session, the amount you paid will be credited toward other RunReady services. . Your class leader will review the key exercises and workout takeaways with you so you can stay on track.
What if I am running late?
Try to be on time, but if you’re late, just check in quietly when you arrive. We’ll help you catch up.
What if I have an injury or concern?
Let your class leader know before it starts. They’ll give you any needed modifications so you can still get the most out of it.

Yes. You can safely leave bags and small personal items inside the shop lockers during your class.

Insurance & Payments

No. Once you register and commit to the program, your spot is non-refundable.

How do the footwear demo runs work?
Every week during the program, you’ll have the chance to run in demo shoes from the full adidas Adizero lineup. It’s a great way to experience the difference in cushioning (Absorb), energy return (Bounce), and balance (Stability), all essential to a better running experience.
What extras come with my race ready registration?
You’ll get two exclusive race ready x adidas shirts, a lifestyle tee and a performance tee (valued at $170) that are only available to race ready Season 2 participants. You’ll also get online access to a private exercise library, plus a mobility ball and resistance bands to use at home.
Choosing the Right Program
What’s the difference between race ready and the RunReady Performance Program?
race ready is a group training program designed to help you get stronger, move better, and stay injury-free in the lead-up to race day. It follows a weekly class format with up to 30 people. Every workout is led by 3 licensed RunReady physiotherapists, and after class our run coach leads you through targeted run sessions.
The RunReady Performance Program starts with a one-on-one assessment to see how your body moves, then gives you a Performance Score and matches you with the right footwear and a personalized exercise program. Your score shows exactly where you can improve, and you’ll have a clear plan to follow, with progress you can track and adjust over time.
If you want a consistent, community-based program to build up to a race, choose race ready. If you want a personalized roadmap for improving your running based on your unique movement, start with the Performance Program.
